Xuejun Liu, a PhD student at City University of Hong Kong, presented a comprehensive seminar on " China-Kyrgyzstan Relations (Empirically)" at the Central Asian Research Center.

Within the framework of the seminar it was told about the development of China-Kyrgyzstan strategic partnership  from 2013 to 2023, also the issues of Sino- Kyrgyzstan relations and interactions of state actors and SBNGs were considered.
