Turkey has reduced the cost of paperwork for citizens of Kyrgyzstan to apply for work. It is reported by the press service of the Foreign Ministry.

It is specified that such an agreement was reached earlier in the framework of the official visit of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Chingiz Aydarbekov to Turkey.

“In particular, the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services of Turkey canceled the payment for issuing a work permit. Previously, it was $ 220, this amount included $ 17 for a security. After the changes have been made, such a permit will be paid by the  employer in Turkey, ”the Foreign Ministry reported.

The diplomatic department was informed that the cost of  total package of documents for applying to the Turkish Embassy in Bishkek is $ 80 and will include the following articles:

  • registration of a work visa - $ 30 (in accordance with previously reached agreements);
  • visa center fee (outsourcing services) - $ 50.

The Foreign Ministry noted that at the beginning of this year, citizens of Kyrgyzstan paid $ 283 to go to work in Turkey.
