Tashkent and Dushanbe open doors of health resorts for citizens of two countries.
Tajikistan and Uzbekistan citizens will be able to purchase vouchers to rest homes, sanatoriums, children's holiday camps of the two countries without any obstacles. The agreement was reached at the end of last week on the results of the working visit of the delegation of the Federation of Independent Trade Unions (TFTU) in Tashkent.
According to deputy head of the TFTU Ismoil Faizizoda, citizens of Tajikistan who wish to rest in the health resorts of Uzbekistan can buy vouchers at the representative offices of the trade unions of Tajikistan. The same procedure is provided for the citizens of the neighboring state: they can purchase vouchers for recreation in Tajik sanatoriums in Uzbekistan itself.
In addition, sectoral trade unions of the two states agreed that starting next summer, schoolchildren of Tajikistan and Uzbekistan will be able to spend their summer holidays in children's health camps in neighboring countries. According to the results of the negotiations held in Uzbekistan, the trade unions of the two states agreed to develop relations between industry trade unions, such as trade unions of medical workers, education, and metallurgy.
