THE EMBASSY OF KYRGYZSTAN OFFERED TURKISH BUSINESSMEN TO OPEN NEW PRODUCTION SITES

The Embassy of Kyrgyzstan in Turkey invited Turkish businessmen to open new production sites in Kyrgyzstan. This was announced during the meeting of Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev with the Governor of Mersin province Ali İhsan Su and the mayor of Mersin Vahap Seçer.

According to the Ambassador, it is necessary to further expand trade, economic and investment cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and the province of Mersin, whose trade turnover is more than 8 million dollars, and to establish and develop existing bilateral cooperation between the cities of Kyrgyzstan and the city of Mersin.

During the meeting with entrepreneurs, the Kyrgyz side made a presentation about the investment climate and opportunities in Kyrgyzstan, about the conditions for doing business (liberal taxes, expenses for doing business, etc.), macroeconomic indicators and foreign trade turnover of the Kyrgyz Republic, about the Kyrgyz Republic’s membership in the EEU, Kyrgyz investment projects, and also presented a video about Kyrgyzstan.

The meeting also discussed issues of lending, pricing, and import of beans from the Talas region of Kyrgyzstan to Turkey and other countries.
