The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kyrgyzstan to Turkey Ruslan Kazakbayev met with the President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu the day before, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic reports.
During the meeting, the parties discussed issues of attracting large investments from Turkey to the Kyrgyz Republic and holding joint events aimed at expanding trade and economic cooperation. At the same time, an exchange of views took place on problematic issues faced by Turkish companies in Kyrgyzstan.
The parties also reached an agreement to organize a meeting of the President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic Temir Sariev with the President of TOBB Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu to develop contacts between the business circles of the two countries within his upcoming visit to Turkey.
