Entrepreneurs of Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan, following the results of the business forum, signed 11 contracts for more than $ 10.3 million, Chairman of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan Tanzila Narbaeva said at the official closing of the event.
- SPZ-Bearings and Kyrgyz Wind Sistem Open Joint Stock Company (OJSC) have signed an agreement on the supply of car parts to Kyrgyzstan. The contract is for one year and amounts to $ 2 million.
- Hyundai Elevators Kyrgyzstan will supply $ 1 million worth of elevator equipment under an earlier agreement with Uzbekistan's Tashpulat Stroy Invest. The Uzbek company, in turn, exports the same amount of construction materials to Kyrgyzstan.
- A branch of the Academy of Growth Mental Arithmetic, which is popular in Kyrgyzstan, will soon open in Samarkand region. This is done under an agreement with the Uzbek-owned limited liability company ALSAEDA.
In addition, a preliminary agreement was reached on the construction of a cottage on the shores of Lake Issyk-Kul. The Uzbek company Tashpulat Stroy Invest intends to become a private investor.
The Speaker of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan said that the presidents of the two countries support women's entrepreneurship and are ready to help.
Recall that on September 21, Bishkek hosted an international business forum of women entrepreneurs of Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan, which was attended by more than 100 entrepreneurs from both countries.
