Kyrgyzstan and Turkey discussed the early establishment of the "Kyrgyz-Turkey" development fund. This issue was touched upon during the meeting of Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan Ruslan Kazakbayev and Vice President of Turkey Fuat Oktay.
During the meeting, according to the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, special attention was paid to the issues of Decommissioning investments from Turkey and economic cooperation between the countries.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan: "The parties noted a significant increase in trade between the two countries. They expressed their opinion that more efforts should be made to increase it. They also discussed plans to hold the next meeting of the intergovernmental commission on trade and economic cooperation this year," the statement said.
