Entrepreneurs of Uzbekistan are ready to invest over $70 million in Kyrgyzstan. This was reported by the press service of the Agency following the visit of the Director of the Investment Agency Umbriel Temiraliev to the neighboring state.
During the visit, a meeting was held with the Minister of Investments of Uzbekistan Laziz Kudratov. The parties noted the positive dynamics of the development of economic relations and stressed the importance of fulfilling all agreements that need to be implemented by the end of 2023.
At the same time, Temiraliev visited production enterprises and held a meeting with entrepreneurs who expressed their interest and readiness to invest over $70 million in Kyrgyzstan.
In addition, today the Investment Agency is actively working on the implementation of joint projects with Uzbekistan related to the construction of an enterprise for the production of basalt fiber, the production of calcium carbide, textile and clothing production, as well as the construction of a plant for the enrichment of quartz in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
