The volume of production of agricultural products in Tajikistan amounted to more than $ 1.4 billion.

The volume of agricultural production in all categories of farms in Tajikistan in the eight months of this year amounted to 13 billion 233.7 million somoni (over $ 1.4 billion).

According to statistical data, this indicator of production of agricultural products exceeds the output of the same period of 2017 by 6.1% in comparable prices.The rate of industrial growth in the areas of crop production and livestock production was 7% and 4%, respectively.

Over the reporting period, more than 936,600 tons of cereals, 426,700 tons of potatoes and more were produced in all categories of farms.
