The seventh meeting of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Dialogue "Central Asia + Japan" was held on May 18 in Dushanbe under the chairmanship of Tajikistan,

CA-News reports with reference to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan. The Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Japan and the Deputy Minister of Turkmenistan attended the seventh meeting of the Dialogue. During the meeting, three sessions were held on the following topics: Practical cooperation of the member countries of the Dialogue "Central Asia + Japan" in the field of tourism; Cooperation of the member countries of the “Central Asia + Japan” Dialogue in the areas of trade, investment and development; Regional security and regional cooperation in Central Asia.

In conclusion, the heads of the delegations of the member countries of the Dialogue signed the final document “Joint Statement of the 7th Meeting of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Dialogue ‘Central Asia + Japan’".
