IRAN SENT HUMANITARIAN AID TO TAJIKISTAN

Iran has sent the first shipment of humanitarian aid to Tajikistan to fight the coronavirus pandemic. According to the Iranian Embassy in the Republic of Tajikistan, 6 tons of medical supplies and medicines will be delivered by special flight from Mashhad to Dushanbe, Avesta news Agency reports.

On board are personal protective equipment, medical clothing and masks, medicines, etc.
According to the source, this is only the first batch of humanitarian aid: Iran will send several more aid shipments to Tajikistan on special flights in the near future.
It is reported that on the way back, this plane will take out citizens of Iran who are in Tajikistan.
