The new Agargui field has been added to the list of gas storage rooms operated by the Lebapgaz output management of Turkmengaz State Joint Stock Company. According to information from Oilgas.gov.tm, two wells have recently been drilled here, where valuable hydrocarbon products are obtained.
These large-scale works will be carried out within the framework of the Program for the Development of the Oil and Gas Industry of Turkmenistan until 2030.
The wells, located in a promising field next to the Malay gas field, were drilled by drillers of the State Company Turkmengeologiya. Currently, more than 300,000 natural gas is sent daily from the Agargui field to the Turkmenistan-China transnational gas pipeline.
The work of the geologists of the Lebapgas extraction department is also of great importance in the stable supply of blue fuel to consumers. Currently, the drilling works of a production well with a design depth of 3.3 thousand meters at the Agargui field are in the final stage. Drilling is scheduled to be completed by the end of this year.
