Chair: Prof. Dr. Nasuh USLU He was born in 1966 in Izmir. He graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of International Relations in 1988. He completed his Master's degree in International Relations at the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Birmingham in England (1990) and his doctorate at the Center for Middle Eastern Studies at Durham University (1994). In 1995, he started working as an assistant professor at Kırıkkale University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of International Relations. He received the titles of associate professor in March 2005 and professor in May 2010. He worked as deputy Dean between 2009 and 2010 at Kırıkkale University, as Director of the Institute of Social Sciences between 2010 and 2011 and as Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences between 2011 and 2014. After working at the Police Academy between January 2015 and August 2015, he worked as the Dean of the Faculty of Political Sciences from October 2016 to January 2018 at Ankara Social Sciences University, where he began to work in August 2015. Between July 2018 and September 2022, he worked at Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University as Vice Rector, Deputy Dean, and Erasmus Coordinator. His main fields of study are Turkish-American relations, Cyprus problem, Turkish foreign policy, US foreign policy, Middle Eastern and Central Asian studies. In addition to his articles published in many national and international journals, he has 3 books published in the United States and 5 books published in Turkey. Apart from the translation of many articles from English to Turkish, he translated 8 basic books in the field of International Relations into Turkish. |

Vice president: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Güntekin ŞİMŞEK He completed his secondary education in Karadeniz Ereğli, TED College. He completed his undergraduate education at Dokuz Eylül University, School of Tourism and Hotel Management in 1988, and his master's degree in 1995 at Dokuz Eylül University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Tourism Management. Adnan Menderes University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Tourism Management, completed the doctoral program in 2009 and received the title of doctor. He worked as a research assistant at Adnan Menderes University, School of Tourism and Hotel Management between 1993-2002. Between 2003 and 2009, he worked as the Head of the Informatics Department, Research and Application Hospital on informatics. Since 2009, Adnan Menderes University Faculty of Tourism Travel Management who served as a faculty member in the Department of Lightning, at Oklahoma State University in 2013, “national parks for interactive web-based map” and “tourism Ontology” has been working on. Şimşek, who received a Master's degree in Forensic Informatics Engineering in 2014, worked as an expert and conciliator at the Public Prosecutor's Office. As of September 2019, Kyrgyzstan-Turkey Manas University is in charge of TOYO Travel Management and Guidance Department within the scope of 39 articles. Working on tourism-based technologies, CRS/GDS, semantic web applications, digital citizenship, virtualization, electronic commerce, e-business and software quality, Şimşek is married, has two children, and speaks English. |

Member: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Gökçe YOĞURTÇU She attended secondary and high school in İzmir and completed his university education in Ege University, Department of Sociology. She started working at Manas University in 2000. In 2007, she received his master's degree with the thesis titled "Identity and the Other: Approaches to National Identity in Kyrgyzstan in the Democratization Process" in Manas University, Department of Communication in 2011, and in 2011, "Media as the Establishment Area of Strategies of Domination and Resistance: An Analysis of Dialogue Ethics in Television Discussion Programs". He completed his doctorate with his thesis. She has been working at KTMU Faculty of Communication since 2005. She focuses on the sociology of communication, social psychology, media and ethics, culture and communication in her work. She speaks English, Russian and Kyrgyz. She is married and has one child. |

Member: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Erkan EFILTI
He was born in 1971 in Konya. He completed his undergraduate education in Selcuk University, Faculty of Education, Department of Educational Sciences, Psychological Counseling and Guidance Program in 1994. He completed his master's degree in 1998 and his doctorate in Psychological Counseling and Guidance from SU Social Sciences Institute in 2006. Between 1995-1996, he worked as a Psychological Counselor at MEB Van Lake Anatolian High School. In 1997, he started to work as a research assistant in the Psychological Counseling and Guidance Program of the Education Faculty of Selçuk University in 2011, he joined Necmettin Erbakan University Faculty of Education as an Assistant. He was appointed as an Associate Professor. he received his Associate Professorship in 2019 and continues to work at the same university. International Institute of Social and Economic Sciences in Vienna, Austria in 2014, Conference Center of London University ICBTS Institute in 2015 and IJBTS journal of business tourism and international applied sciences, ICBTS International Academic Research Institute in Munich, Germany in 2016, ICBTS Institute in 2017 Conference Center and IJBTS business tourism and international applied sciences journal participated in RSEP International Social Sciences studies at Washington University in Rome, Italy in 2018. In addition to his many national and international articles and papers, he has advised more than twenty graduate students in addition to book and book chapters. As of September 2020, he started to work in the Psychological Counseling and Guidance Program of Kyrgyzstan-Turkey Manas University, Faculty of Letters, Department of Educational Sciences. In 2022, he was appointed as the Head of the Kyrgyzstan-Turkey Manas University Continuing Education Center.

Member: Assist. Prof. Dr. Raziahan ABDIEVA She was born in Batken in 1981. She graduated from Kyrgyzstan-Turkey Manas University, Department of Finance in 2003. She completed her master's degree from the Department of Finance in 2007 and her doctorate from the Department of Economics in 2011. Since 2014, she has been working as an assistant professor at the Kyrgyzstan-Turkey Manas University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Economics. She worked as a member of the Public Commission of the Tax Inspectorate of the Kyrgyz Republic in 2017-2020, and as a member of the Public Commission of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic in 2020-2022. Between 01.07.2021-31.08.2021, she gained experience at the International Security and Development Center in Berlin within the scope of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD). Since 2021, she has been working as an assistant editor of the peer-reviewed and field index journal ‘Reforma’. |
