The Turkish company Aras Kargo, as part of its strategy to enter international markets under the Araz Global brand, acquired shares of the Azerbaijani company Star Express for the first time.
As the Report reports with reference to the Turkish press, Aras Kargo has started providing cargo services in Azerbaijan under the Aras Global brand, having acquired 75% of Starex.
The company plans to implement such steps in other Turkic states as well.
Director General of Aras Kargo Utku Ayarkin said that this step of the company will at the same time contribute to the expansion of e-commerce in Azerbaijan.
