Azerbaijan's trade turnover with Turkey has already reached six billion dollars. At the same time, gas exports to Europe via Turkey are increasing. This is reported by SNG.Today with reference to the official website of Azerbaijani leader Ilham Aliyev.
Within the framework of the state visit of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to Azerbaijan, a joint press speech with the head of Azerbaijan was held in Baku.
In addition, during the event, President Aliyev emphasized with satisfaction that trade turnover between Turkey and Azerbaijan has approached six billion dollars and continues to increase rapidly. The Azerbaijani leader also said that the heads of the two countries agreed to further increase natural gas exports to Turkey.
In addition, the Azerbaijani leader mentioned the field of education, namely that negotiations on the establishment of a joint Turkish-Azerbaijani University are currently at the stage of completion.
