TURKEY IS EXPORTING GAS TO EUROPE WITH THE COOPERATION OF AZERBAIJAN

Azerbaijan raised the idea of implementing the Southern Gas Corridor, implemented this economic project of international importance, and was able to show itself as a reliable partner.

Turkish Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Fatih Dönmez announced this at the ninth meeting of ministers held within the framework of the Southern Gas Corridor Consultative Council. The above information was reported by "Azertaj" agency.

Turkey's Minister of Energy, Fatih Dönmez, noted that today gas is exported to Europe thanks to the cooperation between Turkey and Azerbaijan: "Green energy is becoming more and more important in the world, and Azerbaijan also has a great potential for exporting alternative energy. Development of alternative sources of the Caspian Sea and export of energy from them is a very important project. With the implementation of this project, the Southern Gas Corridor will become a green corridor," he noted.
