Azerbaijan and Turkey are carrying out activities to ensure free trade. Turkish Vice President Cevdet Yilmaz said this at the Turkish-Azerbaijani Business Forum in Ankara, Report reports.

Vice President noted that discussions have been held to ensure free trade between the countries in addition to preferential trade. Cevdet Yilmaz noted that currently about 3 thousand Azerbaijani companies operate in Turkey.

Vice President added that today Turkish contracting companies have committed to 526 projects totaling $19.3 billion in Azerbaijan. It should be reminded that the preferential trade agreement signed between Azerbaijan and Turkey provides a number of benefits for business entities operating in the territory of the two countries.
