Deputy Minister of Agriculture of Kazakhstan Gulmira Isayeva said that within 11 months of last year, exports of agricultural products to Turkey made uo 109 million dollars with an increase by 44.6 percent compared to the same period of 2017.

Isayeva, said that the Kazakhstan increased exports of agricultural products to market of its priority countries such as  Turkey, China, Iran, Qatar, Kuwait and other countries. She added: "Last year in January and November,exports of agricultural products to Turkey made 6 million dollars with an increase by 44 percent compared to the same period of 2017"

Isayeva noted that 26 percent of products exported to Turkey consist of flour, frozen fish, meat, vegetable oils and other processed agricultural products. The rest consist of  wheat, meat,  oilseeds and other agricultural raw materials.

Isayeva said highlighted the importance of cooperation with the veterinary services of the countries in the trade. She added :” We are working with Turkey's veterinary service and this collaboration allows us to export meat products adequately”.

Kazakhstan’s 11 million 778 thousand tons of agricultural products in the last 11 months of last year, worth $ 2 billion 660 million voicing Isayeva, 3 million tons of this is processed agricultural products, he said.

Isayeva said : "We want to learn the meat products and Turkey's experience in the manufacture of sugar."

Turkey is equipped with modern technology and Turkish investors in Kazakhstan expressed that they were hopeful that implement projects in the greenhouse sector.
