 Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan will open a joint tourist route, reports Uzbek telegraph agency (UzTAG).  According to the MIR 24 TV channel, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan launch a joint  tourist route "Golden Square".

  It will include modern and famous ancient cities, including Almaty, Nur-Sultan, Samarkand and Turkestan. The tourists will get acquainted with the culture, cuisine, history of countries, as well as visit shrines.  On average, the program is designed for 5-7 days.  “Of course, you can take a small circle inside. It’s not necessary to visit all the places.  But overall, this route will be interesting for children, schoolchildren.  The gastronomic part is also interesting, not only spiritual.  It is a mass tourism, and the prices need to be regulated, ”said the Ambassador for Culture and Tourism Uzbekistan in Kazakhstan Lazzat Akhanova. It is noted that in March, the first trip to “Golden Square” will take place. The tour operators and a working groups will take part in it.  They will define the tour price.  This route is an analogue of the Russian “Golden Ring”, which involves up to 20 million tourists annually.
