From January 2021 to August, residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan bought 1,129 apartments in Turkey.
Kazakhs almost reached the level of 2020, when 1,171 apartments were purchased. In the summer of 2021, purchasing dynamics were rising: January (69 circles), February (119), March (166), April (188), May (80), June (165), July (166) and August (176).
Iraq ranks first among foreigners in the purchase of Turkish real estate in 2021. Residents of this country bought 4,631 apartments. Iran ranks second with 4,600 flats. The Russians bought 2,575 apartments this year.
Afghans bought 1,819 properties. The seventh place is Kuwait (873), the eighth is the USA (871), ninth is Azerbaijan (858), and tenth is Yemen (810).
In April 2021, the Turkish Statistical Institute reported that Kazakhs rank ninth in terms of the number of Turkish real estate purchases among foreigners. Last year, citizens bought more than a thousand apartments. The shopping boom took place in December. The number of purchases has grown more than 50 times.
