In January–September of this year, the trade turnover of Kazakhstan with the countries of Central Asia amounted to 5.6 billion dollars — 29.9% more than a year earlier. Including exports increased by 29.7%, to $ 4 billion, imports — by 30.4%, to $ 1.7 billion. Such data is provided by finprom.kz.

Kazakhstan sent goods worth $2.6 billion to Uzbekistan, $591.2 million to Tajikistan, $519.9 million to Kyrgyzstan, and $245.8 million to Turkmenistan.

Goods were imported to Kazakhstan from Uzbekistan for $ 917.4 million, from Tajikistan — for $ 388.1 million, from Kyrgyzstan — for $ 273.7 million, from Turkmenistan — for $ 82.3 million.

The obligations of residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan to investors from the Central Asian countries in June this year amounted to $627.8 million, which is 15.8% more than a year earlier.

The largest volume of obligations of residents of Kazakhstan was recorded in relation to investors from Uzbekistan: 330.1 million dollars, an annual growth of 17.8%. Next are Kyrgyzstan ($219.3 million, plus 22.3% for the year), Tajikistan ($73.8 million, minus 4.5%) and Turkmenistan ($4.6 million, minus 11.2%).
