Akim of West Kazakhstan region Nariman Turegaliev held a meeting with representatives of Turkish holding Fatinoglu. During the meeting the parties discussed the possibility of cooperation within the framework of realization of the project on creation of new high-tech production in the territory of West Kazakhstan region, the press-service of regional akimat informs.
Nariman Turegaliev noted that the regional akimat is ready to provide comprehensive support in the realization of the discussed project and said that currently seven enterprises with the involvement of Turkish capital operate in the territory of West Kazakhstan region.
"Attraction of investments to the regions is under special control of the head of state. Our region actively cooperates with the companies of the Republic of Turkey, trade turnover at the end of 2023 amounted to $321.5 million, exports - $303.4 million, imports - $18 million. Undoubtedly, we are interested in the realization of your initiatives to create a new high-tech production in our region. For our part, we are ready to provide comprehensive support in the realization of your ideas," said the regional akim.
He also emphasized that the holding's entry into the region has a promising significance in terms of transfer of new technologies, creation of new jobs, which in general will have a positive impact on the economy of the region.
It should be noted that Fatinoglu Holding is included in the top-rating of companies - exporters of Turkey as one of the largest producers of goods and services in the region.
