Prime Minister Mukhammedkalyi Abylgaziyev approved the Memorandum of Understanding between the governments of Kyrgyzstan and Turkey on cooperation in the field of consumer protection, dated December 18, 2018 No. 591.

According to the document, in order to fulfill domestic procedures, in accordance with Article 18 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic on International Treaties of the Kyrgyz Republic, Articles 10 and 17 of the Constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic on the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

  1. To approve the attached Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Republic of Turkey on cooperation in the field of consumer protection, signed on September 1, 2018 in the city of Bishkek.
  2. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic shall notify the Turkish party of the fulfillment by the Kyrgyz Republic of the internal procedures necessary for the entry into force of the said Memorandum.
  3. To determine the State Agency for Antimonopoly Regulation under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic as the responsible state body for the implementation of the Memorandum.
  4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
