Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed the federal law on ratification of the protocol to the Russian-Kyrgyz intergovernmental agreement on cooperation in the supply of oil and oil products.

According to the document, the Russian Federation does not charge custom duties on oil products supplied to Kyrgyzstan for domestic consumption in the amounts provided for by indicative balances. Exported petroleum products are subject to customs declaration in Russia for the accounting purposes, as if they were exported outside the territory of the EAEU.

It should be reminded, that on December 6th, with the assistance and prompt intervention of the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic, indicative balance for 2019 was signed by representatives of the State Committee for Industry, Energy and Subsoil Use and the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation.
