According to her, the prices for diesel fuel increased the most - by 18.5%, the increase in gasoline prices was 9.5%. “During the year, prices for gasoline and diesel fuel grew steadily. The decline in gasoline prices was recorded in August 2018, on diesel fuel in December 2018, ”she said.

As the head of the trade statistics department Venera Mambetaliyeva told, mainly oil products are imported to Kyrgyzstan from Russia and Kazakhstan.“For 11 months of 2018, oil products were imported from Kazakhstan for $ 29 million, from Russia for $ 241 million. As a percentage from Russia - 37.9%, from Kazakhstan - 8.4% in the import of goods. Compared to 2017, imports of fuel and lubricants from Russia decreased by 8%, from Kazakhstan by 2%, ”-she said.

As she informed, 411 thousand tons of fuels and lubricants were imported from Russia, 73 thousand tons of fuels and lubricants were imported from Kazakhstan.
