Among singed documents are 2 protocols, 2 road maps, 6 memorandums and 7 agreements.

Following the talks between the presidents of Kyrgyzstan and Russia, a joint statement was signed, as well as a number of bilateral documents.

Among them is a protocol on amending the agreement on the status and conditions of presence of the Russian military base of September 20, 2012. The second protocol regulates the amendment to the agreement on cooperation in the supply of oil and petroleum products of June 6, 2016.

Among the documents are two road maps. The first was signed by the State Committee for Industry, Energy and Subsoil Use of the Kyrgyz Republic and PJSC Gazprom regarding investments in the oil and gas industry.

The second map concerns cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and the Eurasian Development Bank for 2019-2021.

Memorandums:

  • on cooperation in enhancing trade and economic cooperation and sharing experience in the implementation of national projects between the Ministry of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation;
  • on cooperation in projects for the development of the railway network in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic between the Ministry of Transport and Roads of the Kyrgyz Republic, the State Enterprise Kyrgyztemirzhol and the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, Russian Railways;
  • on cooperation between the Ministry of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation;
  • on cooperation in the field of physical training and sports between the State Agency for Youth, Physical Culture and Sports and the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation;
  • on the export of products between Astra Solar LLC, Hevel LLC and VEB bank;
  • on mutual understanding and cooperation between the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation.

Agreements:

  • between governments on cooperation in the field of military courier communication;
  • between Kyrgyzpatent and the Federal Service for Intellectual Property of Russia on providing access to information retrieval system of patent search PatSearch;
  • The Ministry of Health and the Russian Ministry, which defends the rights of consumers to cooperate in the implementation of the International Health Regulations;
  • on cooperation between the State Commission for Religious Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Federal Agency for Nationalities of the Russian Federation;
  • on cooperation between VTB Bank, Alliance Group JSC and Alliance Altyn LLC;
  • on cooperation between the Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund and the Russian Direct Investment Fund;
  • on cooperation between the Association of universities of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Union of Rectors.
