The total agreed amount of assistance to the Kyrgyzstan’s budget from various development institutions is 456.4 million US dollars. This was said at the briefing in the government House by the Vice Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Erkin Asrandiev. According to him, these programs have already been agreed, and there are still some projects at the stage of negotiations.

Asrandiev noted that $120 million out of more than $ 450 million came from the International Monetary Fund. "The remaining $ 335 million has been agreed, but some are at various stages of approval and ratification," he reported.
The Deputy Prime Minister said that $ 120 million was received from the IMF as the first tranche. The second tranche is expected to be received in the same amount.
"While the conditions and procedure for obtaining are being processed. We expect to receive these funds later. We have previously agreed on $ 120 million in aid from the Asian Development Bank and $21 million from the World Bank. $ 12 million of the World Bank's funds is subjected to domestic procedures. The Kyrgyz Parliament has already approved it, and it is expected to be signed. A tender is being held for the purchase of medical and protective equipment for the remaining $ 9 million. The tender is held in accordance with the conditions set by the World Bank, " he said.
Erkin Asrandiev added that it is also planned to request $ 15 million fund from the Islamic Development Bank as an assistance to Kyrgyzstan. "The European Union is expected to provide 28 million dollars, and the German Development Bank (KFW) has already supported with accumulated assistance of 30 million dollars to maintain businesses in the form of concessional financing," the Deputy Prime Minister said.
