A Trade House of Kyrgyzstan will be opened in Baku to promote food, agricultural and clothing products. This became known following the meeting of the Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to Azerbaijan Kairat Osmonaliev with the Chairman of the Board of the Agency for the Development of Small and Medium-sized Businesses of Azerbaijan Orhan Mammadov on July 14, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reports.

Mammadov at this meeting called for further development of bilateral relations in the field of economy. He noted that at the moment the issue of signing a Memorandum of cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic has been worked out.

Osmonaliev, in turn, noted the importance of cooperation in the field of small and medium-sized businesses. He proposed to exchange views on these issues within the framework of the upcoming 4th meeting of the intergovernmental commission in Baku.

The Ambassador also shared plans to open a Trading house of Kyrgyzstan in Azerbaijan in order to promote the products of the food, agricultural, industrial, as well as clothing and textile industries of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The parties agreed to assist each other in disseminating information about the investment climate of the two countries and the projects presented at the business forum held on April 20 during the official visit of President Sadyr Zhaparov to Baku.
