The Chinese company "Eurasia Industry" plans to build a car assembly plant on new energy sources (electric cars) in Kyrgyzstan. This was reported in the press service of the Ministry of Economy.

As noted, Minister of Economy Daniyar Amangeldiev and member of the Board of Directors of Eurasia Industry Jiang Yuxiang signed a memorandum of cooperation.

The memorandum also provides for the creation of an appropriate infrastructure for servicing electric vehicles in the republic with service centers, charging stations and battery replacement stations. Within the framework of the document, Eurasia Industry plans to invest $150 million in construction. The plant will be located in Bishkek, 500 jobs will be created there. The planned production capacity for the production will be 5 thousand electric vehicles per year.
