Trade Commissioner of Kyrgyzstan in Turkiye Chyngyz Toktobekov discussed potential cooperation with management of construction company PORTAŞ Project Construction Asphalt Industry and Trade Inc. Isa Eseroğlu, Chairman of the construction company which is under the jurisdiction of Ankara City Hall.
During the meeting, bilateral talks were held between Kyrgyzstan and Turkey on "Production and proper utilization of asphalt" with the company that produces most of Ankara's asphalt needs and carries out mass housing construction.
In particular, Portaş was invited to organize an exchange program between Ankara Asphalt Processing Company and Bishkek Asphalt Service Municipal Enterprise. "This proposal was correct, as we are interested in cooperation with Kyrgyzstan," I. Eseroğlu noted.
The proposal to assist the Kyrgyz delegation in completing the training program was also accepted. As a result of the above negotiations, the delegation organized by the municipal enterprise of Kyrgyzstan "Bishkek Asphalt Service" will visit Turkey and get acquainted with new technologies for the production and proper use of asphalt.
