Uzbek company Twin Stone and Uzbek-Kyrgyz Development Fund (UKDF) discussed preliminary plans to prepare an investment project on opening a joint venture to produce paving tiles in Bishkek.
According to the fund, on June 14, UKDF Board Chairman Aaly Aaliev met with Twin Stone company director Sarvar Mirakilov. During the meeting, Mirakilov presented information about the company's recent projects, including the commissioning of one of the largest in Uzbekistan automated lines of the German-Chinese company for the production of paving tiles and landscaping elements by semi-dry vibro-pressing method.
The parties discussed preliminary plans for preparation of an investment project jointly with Twin Stone. The issue of opening a joint venture for the production of paving tiles in Bishkek was considered. During the conversation further steps on possible areas of cooperation were also outlined.
