In 2022, UzAuto Motors produced 101,617 Chevrolet Cobalt units, of which 64,427 cars were sold on the local market.
Most of the cars were sent to Kazakhstan, where Cobalt has been the best-selling new car for several years. According to UzAuto Motors, 34,288 cars were exported to Kazakhstan.
UzAuto plans to double exports to Kazakhstan by organizing the production of Chevrolet Onix from Uzbek components there. In total, in 2022, the UzAuto Motors plant produced 306,754 passenger cars. UzAuto Motors also produced 20,886 specialized passenger cars: pickups, ambulances, etc. based on Damas.
In total, 282,898 cars were sold in Uzbekistan in 2022: Cobalt. - 64,427, Gentra-78,440, Damas-73,846, Labo -19,080.
