In Istanbul, diplomats of the Consulate General of Uzbekistan met with a member of the board of the Turkish company Ronessans Holding, Bulent Tuzcu, and the responsible representative of the holding, Murad Bekchanov, Dunyo news agency reported.
At the meeting, it was noted that the Ronessans Holding is actively involved in the implementation of large investment projects in Uzbekistan worth more than US$2 billion.
In particular, it is planned that by the end of this year, together with the Italian company Danieli, a copper enrichment complex will be completed and put into operation in the city of Bekabad, Tashkent region.
At the same time, representatives of the Turkish company emphasized that for more than 20 years, their branches in Russia and Turkey have been involving specialists from Uzbekistan in construction work, and their work is of high quality and level.
At the same time, Ronessans Holding is working on opening a construction training school in the city of Bekabad. In turn, these ready personnel will be employed in the company’s €3 billion construction projects in Mersin, Adana, Gaziantep, Istanbul Sancaktepe, hospitals, Hatay and Malatya roads and tunnels, and many other construction projects. An agreement was reached to strengthen further cooperation.
