Indian President Ram Nath Kovind said that India will provide Tajikistan with $ 20 million in donations to implement development projects identified by the two parties.

The President of Tajikistan thanked Nath Kovind for this assistance. The presidents also spoke in favor of increasing bilateral trade, investing and developing economic activity, taking into account the potential of the two countries.

In this regard, the important development of the necessary transport mechanisms was identified, in particular, the talk was about the North-South international corridor, which will reduce the time and transportation of goods between India, Central Asia and the CIS.

The head of Tajikistan, in turn, called on Indian entrepreneurs to invest in the fields of industry and agriculture, industrial technologies, electronic equipment, pharmaceuticals and biotechnologies, etc.

Ram Nath Kovind invited Emomali Rahmon to visit India with a return visit.
