President of the Industrialists Union and Businessmen of Turkmenistan Aleksandr Dadayev participated in Kyrgyzstan-Turkmenistan Business Forum held in Bishkek. Kyrgyzstan plans to open a trade center with Turkmenistan.

Dadayev and 37 business representatives from Turkmenistan participated in the business forum. He said that the companies were ready to cooperate with Kyrgyz businessmen.

Dadayev added: “Last year, Kyrgyzstan exported 13 million US dollars to Turkmenistan. Turkmenistan, on the other hand, exported 3 million USD. We think that these steps are the first indication that the two sides can act jointly. Today we met with the Minister of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic. We discussed commercial investment activities. We stated that our main aim is to open a trade center in Kyrgyzstan. We took the first steps; the next steps are up to Kyrgyzstan. I believe that such activities will strengthen the relations between our countries”.

President of the Industrialists Union and Businessmen of Kyrgyzstan Danil Ibrayev pointed out that the Kyrgyz business forum had been attended by 120 company officials.
