Turkmenistan registered 53 investment projects with the participation of Kazakhstani companies in March 2023, "Neytralnyy Turkmenistan" newspaper reported on Monday.
In Kazakhstan, in the Mangistau region bordering the Balkan Velayat of Turkmenistan, there are 16 joint ventures in various sectors of the economy with the participation of Turkmen capital.

Wheat flour, furniture, technology and electronic equipment are imported to Turkmenistan from Kazakhstan.
Energy and transport and communication projects are of strategic importance in Turkmen-Kazakh relations.
A concrete result of effective cooperation in the transport sector is the Kazakhstan-Turkmenistan-Iran railroad, which has become an important link in the international North-South transit corridor.
